Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These terms cover your use of MySiteHandled.com and the website service we provide. MySiteHandled.com is operated by Flipvo LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company based in Melbourne, Florida. By starting a site with us or using this website, you agree to these terms. We've kept them in plain language on purpose.
The service
We design, build, host, and maintain a website for your business for a flat monthly fee, with an optional one-time setup fee. The specifics of your plan — pages, edits, support, and turnaround — are described on our pricing page and confirmed when you start. We may improve or adjust the service over time, and we'll let you know about meaningful changes.
What you provide
You give us the content for your site — text, images, logos, and business details. By providing it, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you ask us to publish. We may decline to build or host content that is illegal, deceptive, or abusive.
What you own
You own your website and your domain — that's the whole point. Your domain is registered in your own account, and your site is built on a portable, standard stack rather than a locked-in builder. The full details, including how a buyout works, are on our ownership policy. Nothing in these terms lets us hold your domain or site hostage.
Edits and turnaround
Your plan includes a set amount of content edits with a stated turnaround (for example, done the next business day). "Unlimited small edits" on higher plans means routine content changes within reason — not unlimited redesigns, new features, or large new sections, which we'll quote separately. We aim for the turnaround on your plan but can't guarantee a specific time for every request.
Billing and cancellation
The monthly fee is billed in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You can cancel anytime — your service continues through the end of the billing period you've paid for, and we don't charge a cancellation penalty. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If payment fails and isn't resolved, we may pause the service after letting you know.
Text message notifications
If you opt in, we may text you SMS lead notifications when a new customer inquiry comes in for your site. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of buying or using our website service. You can decline SMS and still sign up, pay, and use the portal.
SMS delivery is best effort. We don't guarantee that a carrier will deliver every message, or that it will arrive at a particular time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates charged by your carrier are your responsibility. We may suspend or discontinue the SMS feature at any time.
Reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel. Privacy details — what we send, how consent works, and how we handle your number — are in our privacy policy.
Uptime and support
We work hard to keep your site online and fast, but we provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Hosting, third-party tools, and the public internet can have outages outside our control. Support is provided by email through your plan.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties — including cloud hosting, Stripe for payments, email delivery, Twilio for SMS, and analytics. Your use of the service is also subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for their acts or outages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flipvo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. When we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
