Most website services quietly keep you locked in. The builder owns the platform, the agency owns the domain, and the day you leave, your site disappears. We do the opposite — and we put it in writing. Your domain and your website are yours, during and after our service. This page explains exactly what that means.

Your domain is yours from day one

Your domain name is registered in your own account, in your business's name — never ours. You hold the keys. We help you set it up and point it at your site, but we never take ownership of your domain, and we never use it as leverage.

Your site is portable

We build on a standard, portable web stack — not a locked, proprietary builder that traps your content. That means your site isn't tied to us by design. If you ever leave, what we've built can move with you.

While you're a client

For your flat monthly fee, we host your site, keep it secure and updated, and make the content edits included in your plan. You don't have to think about servers, certificates, or renewals — that's our job. You focus on your business.

If you cancel

You can cancel anytime — there's no contract and no penalty. Your service runs through the end of the period you've paid for. Because your domain is already in your own account, you keep it automatically. On request, we'll provide a copy of your site's content so your site can move to another host or provider. We won't delete your domain or hold your content hostage.

Owning it outright

You have two simple paths to full ownership of the site itself:

• Buy it out for a flat $500, any time after a 6-month minimum.
• Or it's yours free after 24 months as a continuing client — no buyout needed.

No hostage clause

We will never hold your domain, your content, or your site hostage to keep your business. That's not a loophole we left out — it's the promise the whole service is built on. If a competitor's fine print doesn't say the same, that's the difference.
